Problem Details:
In short, player with less spins gets highest score(aka #1), why ?
https://osu.ppy.sh/b/397535 I spin 13k, Raniemi spins 12k ( but has +3.5k)
https://osu.ppy.sh/b/351189 ShadowSoul spins 3 and 11, Raniemi spins 2 and 12 ( but has +2,5k)
And that player has suspicious amount of #1 in recent 10 days, so not sure either he/she is doing something with score or it's game related bug ?
Didn't bother checking other maps but something is clearly not right...

There's only 1 spinner in the map so that score difference doesn't make any sense ( even if he somehow managed to do that "bug" where you get more score with sliders i highly doubt you can get that kind of score advantage + doing that consistently on multiple maps seems even more ridiculous)
