02:20:715 (3) - Move to X:272 Y:136? I dun think a blanket here is necessary because the flow will be quite weird. Then move 02:21:112 (4) to X:56 Y:236 and curve the slider end to the right more for better flow.
02:51:508 (1,3) - Swap positions? Make them like 02:50:979 (1,2,3) to keep consistency and then move 02:51:772 (3) to X380 Y:160 looks better imo and more like the previous pattern
02:58:909 (1,1) - Since you followed the vocal transition into the 1st note of a rhythm I think you can map that break. For example 03:01:023 - 2/1 Slider fits here and 03:03:138 here too, 03:04:724 - Notes fit here 03:05:120 , and 03:05:517 , 03:06:045 - 2/1 slider , 03:06:706 - Note for drum snare, 03:07:235 - The next 5 1/2 beats can be notes to match drum fill-in.
02:58:380 - If you took my above suggestion, then I think 0.50 SV suits this part more
