00:12:548 (2,3,4,5) - Increase or decrease the DS here a little? Either way works fine, but the DS right now reminds me a bit of 00:03:596 (1,2,3,4) - that and its also a bit awkward to play on sight read.
General notes for the kiai: The sounds on Granat make for some really interesting jump patterns if you map to the sound as well. For example, 00:32:442 (3,4,1) - whenever that part occurs in the song, you should put a sort of back-and-forth motion or a zig-zag motion in the map. Another example is when the melody starts over, like here 00:32:940 (2,1) - you should probably stack the notes (like you've done here). If you do that consistently throughout the kiai it'll keep it much more readable and interesting. I had no issues FCing the song until this point, but everything after here was just a bit too sporadic for me (in-game, I can see the patterns in the editor but it didn't make much sense as a player). Obviously before applying these changes I'd get more opinions, but this is kind of just my general opinion on the kiai for your diff.

00:12:548 (2,3,4,5) - Increase or decrease the DS here a little? Either way works fine, but the DS right now reminds me a bit of 00:03:596 (1,2,3,4) - that and its also a bit awkward to play on sight read. i like the pattern too much to change it ;w;
General notes for the kiai: The sounds on Granat make for some really interesting jump patterns if you map to the sound as well. For example, 00:32:442 (3,4,1) - whenever that part occurs in the song, you should put a sort of back-and-forth motion or a zig-zag motion in the map. Another example is when the melody starts over, like here 00:32:940 (2,1) - you should probably stack the notes (like you've done here). If you do that consistently throughout the kiai it'll keep it much more readable and interesting. I had no issues FCing the song until this point, but everything after here was just a bit too sporadic for me (in-game, I can see the patterns in the editor but it didn't make much sense as a player). Obviously before applying these changes I'd get more opinions, but this is kind of just my general opinion on the kiai for your diff. This is a really good point and I'm gonna take some time later to redesign the patterns here.

So like, the design is supposed to be very ugly, the weird slider shapes play fine as they're only an ugly aesthetic. Overlaps are fine also, as they are completely readable and consistent throughout the map. In addition, how much the objects overlap each other is also consistent and the amount of overlaps there are are somewhat lower than what I usually put.
However, if it is brought up again by more people, I may consider changing it.

00:06:249 (4) - ^. Remember that NC isn't just a break in pattern, but more so a new start in the music. When you hear a new phrase begin, that should be a NC. Normally these fall on the down beats, or the big white tick marks.
00:07:575 (4,5) - There's a sound right in between these two sliders. Extend 00:07:575 (4) - and make it closer to cover this sound
00:11:885 (7) - Move this to x:335 y:141 and make it so it is straight vertical

As response to both mods:
Declined all.
The Hyper is a bridge between Hard and Light Insane, is just so happens it has the star rating of a hard because of the song length.

All overlaps in this map are very much readable. There is a clear pathway, in addition to the consistency of how much the overlap overlaps itself. (x.5)

Different spacing "jumps" such as 00:04:921 (3,4) - are to emphasize the snare beat on those notes and other jumps are there for the same reason. Furthermore, all slider overlaps are consistent, that the slider end overlaps the middle of the slider, as seen in:

00:01:938 (3,4) -
00:06:910 (1,2) -
00:08:236 (1,3) -
00:12:214 (1,3) -
00:22:325 (4,1) -

Also, another point I will add, that there are only one or two overlaps per pattern, although the map has many overlaps, the density of how many overlaps there are over time are spread quite evenly. It is not like there a 4-5 overlaps in a single pattern, not have overlaps for a few patterns, and use a bunch of overlaps again. These are consistent in every way, shape, and form.

Why is the spacing of 00:31:448 (1,2,3,4) - so low compared to 00:27:469 (1,2,3,4) - ? It should be the same if not higher considering its right before the kiai and needs intensity
