For everyone here I'd like to let you know that it will be a 32 team cap, by tomorrow, January 11th 2016, I should have most of the information for the tournament up and we might be closing registrations early because of a full 32 teams.

I know that rank range is from 40k up and until 70k but a 90k shouldn't be a problem, right?

He would sit out most of the time so if we lost by putting him in, it's our fault. Yes, our flags are different and we knew each other through multiplay games. The time zone won't be changed by the way.
