So I've starting posting stuff on the forums.
And I've noticed things that seemed like titles.
E.g 'Rhythm Incarnate', 'Tempo Rookie', etc.
How do we get them ranked up or changed?

Rhythm Incarnate is the highest you can get. you get it at 500 posts. all other forum titles are either rewards like Elite mapper or osu! champion or usergroup related like Global Mod

& for the love of god OP please keep in mind that shitposting and ruining your overall reputation on these forums for some silly two-word-long title isn't worth anything at all in the long run. better a "tempo trainee" with very little but well-constructed posts rather than a rhythm incarnate who's pointless words flood up half of the subforums
