can i run osu on this with 240fps+ and no lag issues? Thanks

Probably, probably not. Who knows. What's the model of the Intel HD Graphics GPU? Anyways, I don't think an integrated GPU from an Intel Celeron will get 240 stable fps. Probably more than 60, but not sure, who knows.

turns out it is better than my Intel HD graphics (Arrandale AKA intel GMA Accelerator HD)

But the processor's really weak, that's for sure. But still it is better compared to toasters
