@Spector : Maki's OD9 is legit considering the whole map is practically fully made of ~~rice~~ normal notes. If anything I would probably increase the OD on my diff a bit more as well. Ene can probably use a slightly higher HP/OD settings for the highest diff.

mfw literally noone mods my diff
@SpectorDG This diff was designed to have at least OD9 due to both patterning and very low amount of LNs. The only reason why it's not OD10 is because two higher diffs have OD lower than 9, but I'm still thinking about increasing it.

Metadata

HP Drain (HP): Maki'nother, and Pyanother must be 8; Enecstacy must be 8.2 (Too harsh to player if it exceeds from that). Maniera masterpiece has only and HP of 8.2
Overall Difficulty (OD): Pyanother is more difficult than Maki'nother, but Maki'nother has an OD of 9.5 while Pyanother has only 8.5 Better adjust this. I would suggest to lower them both to 8 or 8.2
Timing: Maki'nother had an extra kiai length/time which is not having in other difficulties. Probably unrankable.

Rivals_7's Beginner

00:05:038 (5038|1) - I think move this to 3, middle-ring note transitions might be difficult for beginners, consider index-ring notes.
00:25:633 (25633|2,26281|4,26605|2) - Flip Horizontally (Ctrl+H) the snare-clap sound is much more balanced when it's two hands, not one hand.
00:28:876 (28876|3) - Move to 6 because it is much easier to read this for beginners, and for hand balance.
01:18:822 (78822|3,79146|0) - Move the note to 2 and the LN to 5, alternations begin on the end of LN, which is much more balanced in note density.
01:21:741 (81741|2) - Move to 1, same as above, it is much more balanced in note density.
01:30:173 (90173|2,90497|3) - Move to 5 and 1 respectively, same as last time, snare-clap sound is more balanced in 2 hands (unless left handed)

00:14:930 (14930|4) - You should move this to the left hand columns (1, 2 or 3 if right-thumb tapper) kick-snare sounds must be two hands, not one hand. See the next notes, they use both hands. Change or move notes as necessary.
00:17:524 (17524|4) - Same as above.
00:20:119 (20119|3,20119|6) - Move them to 3 and 6, kick-snare must be 2 hands.
00:24:984 (24984|3) - Move to 2, for hand balance.
00:27:578 (27578|5) - Move to 5, for hand balance. Also notice columns 6 and 7 are alternating too much notes.
00:28:227 (28227|3,28551|2) - Switch columns, for hand balance.
01:13:470 (73470|0,73633|4,73633|6) - Same sounds for both, but one has 2 notes and the other has one. Add one to that. Change notes as necessary.
01:33:903 Add one note here, since it's double notes here in 01:32:605 and they have the same sound.

Good note density, however there are some patterns are too complex for standard, I just can't point it out. However it's still a good map.

Hyper

00:12:335 - Refer to this picture. The pattern is too complex to Hyper, it is considerable in Insane so it must be easily readable.

Not so much problems here, well-densed notecharts and hand balance. Great difficulty.

MEGA's Insane

00:54:497 (54497|5) - Move to 5, so the pattern will be symmetrical to the first 2 chords.

Same as Hyper, not so much problems here, good map.

Maki'nother

I see no problems to this difficulty, good job.

Pyanother

Same as Maki'nother, there are no problems for me in notecharts.

Enecstacy

I would suggest to lower them both to 8 or 8.2 Pyanother is not harder than my diff, in fact it's slightly easier and my diff is designed to have very high OD with both patterning and structure.
Timing: Maki'nother had an extra kiai length/time which is not having in other difficulties. Probably unrankable. It's not unrankable and it's my personal preference to have kiai in that spot as well.

Any HP/OD is rankable as long as it makes sense. Or the current RC are not mentionning any kind of restriction about OD/HP to this day anyway.

Ranking Criteria will be reworked, but as both of us said, any OD/HP is rankable as long as it fits the map. Sorry if I sound rude, but I'm a bit frustrated that it gets pointed out so many times.

Hi Takane! Unfortunately, the MMT has rejected your map for the following reason:

Patterning
Enecstacy
01:28:227 - and 01:48:984 - appear to be a blatant abuse of star rating. Maybe you can change this pattern into something more interesting, following the layering scheme of what is immediately before this?

Additional Notes:
Enecstacy
There are some minor consistency errors in layering, Ex. 01:32:119 - and 01:31:146 - have the same notes being played, but the first timestamp also has a crash associated with it.
The jacks located at 02:00:660 - are somewhat questionable, and are a significant difficulty spike compared to the remainder of the map.
Given the current star rating of this map, and the fact that it is easier than both Crackher and Pyanother (in my playtests), consider bumping up the HP on this diff (to something like 9).

Crackher
There are also some minor consistency errors here as well. Ex. 01:41:687 - vs.01:42:011 - should have the same sound/layering.

Pyanother
The LNs in the slow section starting from 00:48:011 - are of different lengths, even though the sounds are the same. They are also inconsistent within itself, with the LN at 01:08:119 - being shorter than the others.

Once you improve your map, you can always requeue again. Good luck!

Metadata
HP Drain (HP): Maki'nother, and Pyanother must be 8; Enecstacy must be 8.2 (Too harsh to player if it exceeds from that). Maniera masterpiece has only and HP of 8.2
Overall Difficulty (OD): Pyanother is more difficult than Maki'nother, but Maki'nother has an OD of 9.5 while Pyanother has only 8.5 Better adjust this. I would suggest to lower them both to 8 or 8.2
Timing: Maki'nother had an extra kiai length/time which is not having in other difficulties. Probably unrankable.

MEGA's Insane
00:54:497 (54497|5) - Move to 5, so the pattern will be symmetrical to the first 2 chords. TBH symmetricity aren't that important. Anyway, not applied since this way the pattern are much comfortable to play.
Same as Hyper, not so much problems here, good map.
