All results coming from google are sites with common t-shirts and mainstream animes on them or shit

Jlist and PlayAsia are worth checking.

If you want a cute anime girl on it you should be looking at posters not t-shirts

Alternatively for a wider selection of official shirts, you can always import, just make sure you are prepared to pay a fair amount (If you need help importing, I'm willing to write up a small guide on how to do it)

If you just want an anime shirt, just use one of those t-shirt designing companies to design the shirt you want.
