Your maps seemed timed well, the obvious things to check through would be the errors/warnings you have in AiMod.

Also CS is too small personally, playing with HR feels less comfortable.

Yeah, I can't actually see what AiMod says because I run osu! in WINE and most dialog boxes don't show up, AiMod being one of them. I'll ask one of my friends to tell me what AiMod says and fix those issues.

As for the low CS, I think I just prefer smaller CS visually so I may change that if other people agree with you, but for now I'll keep it.

EDIT: Got AiMod to show up if I do some minimizing and alt-tabbing trickery. I fixed most of it and now just have some Kiai time <15 seconds.
EDIT2: I've decided to drop the CS gaps from +0.2 to +0.1, making the CS for Third Year, Graduation, and Farewell be 4, 4.1, and 4.2.

You lack flow but the beat mapping itself and the sounds are actually really good, you just need some help on placement.

Graduation:
00:16:017 (4,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4) - This is where your flow starts getting really weird, they're really close together and don't really move alot, developing your beat map style though is harder than it is to just set down random notes. What i would recommend is to try moving them a bit more and turning your sliders more often, its a ruin if the flow is just in the same place repeating.

01:08:112 (2,3) - These are really close together, i do not recommend this. On the top they are on a red and white beat, not a red and blue beat so its recommended you don't overlap them but rather jump the two like: 01:08:517 (1,2,3) - Which is another Triangle Fix.

00:43:686 (2,1) - Slider starts on a blue spot? Recommended they only start on white and red spots. Also the jump between them is a bit much for the white and red marks.

Recommended new combo's start at 5 and not 11 or 12

01:26:557 (7,8,9,10) - This is a bit much for the map, lower the distance some.

I changed the jumps up a bit to match the same staggered jumps at the end (and I changed those end jumps a little bit too). As for the sliders, do you mean not keep so many straight sliders and curve them a little (Like make it shaped like this - ) - instead of this - /) or do you mean change how I placed the sliders?

I think I fixed most of those now.

I changed those to stacks rather than jumps because those are the only sections where you really hear the tom-tom's, so I think they stand out more when you stack it so they differ from the rest of the map.

It starts on the blue tick because of the previous note creating a double with a hold. I think it plays fine, but if more people point this out as an issue I will change it.

I went through this map too and tried to fix as many simple shapes as I could find.

01:03:652 (1,2,3,4) - Fix Spacing
I went through each section with jumps similar to this and change the distance snapping to be 1.8 for the first 3 notes and 2.2 for the last 3 instead of it gradually getting bigger.

This plays and looks much nicer, thanks.

Hi, from my modding queue~ I should've postponed this since there's a previous mod above but I modded this and forgot to post it so yeah.

[Beginning & Next Year]

  1. What I did color in blue means apply to both diffs. If not, applies to Beginning only.
  2. All of these things I pointed out below, I'll take Beginning = Easy and Next Year = Normal.
  3. Use distance snap at all times. Because beginners need a reasonable spacing so they can catch on the rhythm. Use distance snap consistently throughout the map.
  4. There are some nitpicking rules here. This is for beginners' enjoyment while playing.
    1. No stacked objects like this. > 01:00:612 (1,2,3,4) . (Easy)
    2. Kicksliders with 2 kicks or more aren't allowed. > 01:00:612 (1,2,3,4) . (Easy)
    3. Try not to end the object on the blue tick unless it's necessary. Beginners won't follow 1/4 beats that easily. > 00:43:585 (9) . (Normal)
  5. For both diffs I'll stop here for now, you poke me in game or whatever if you have fixed all this and wanted me to recheck.
[Third Year]

  1. I'll go through this very roughly. Maybe I'll do a remod on this later if a few later mods were applied.
  2. 00:00:409 (1,1,1,1) - No need to spam new combo here.
  3. 00:20:679 (4) - NC here? Same applies to 01:27:166 (4) .
  4. 00:35:476 (5) - 00:37:098 (6) - 00:43:585 (5) - No need to map on vocal here since it'll be very confusing, I would extend them to be a 1/2 slider. Try to ignore vocal in some points and pay more attention to the instruments.
  5. 00:40:949 - There's a drum here and I wouldn't ignore it.
  6. 00:48:652 (1) - 00:51:895 (1) - There's no need to do 1/8 sliders here, just a circle is enough.
  7. 00:57:166 (1,2,1,2) - You should use 0.8 DS like what you did in the earlier part of the song.
I didn't have a much of confidence of modding higher diffs than this, I think I'll mod this later after a few mods were applied.

EDIT : I forgot to mention this, but BG size should be either 1024*768 or 1366*768

I reversed the second half of that section so that it matches the music more. The spacing is that way because the pitch shifts upward for the first 3 doubles, and downward for the last double.

I may change this if more people tell me this is an issue, but I really feel like the AR it is currently at is fine, it is only 148 BPM.

      I changed that, but it actually feels harder now. Maybe I just did it poorly, I'll keep looking at it every now and then and try to clean that section up.

      I feel it adds to the readability of the map considering that the SV changes on each of the sliders.

    2. 00:20:679 (4) - NC here? Same applies to 01:27:166 (4) .
      I don't really think that would work out too well. If I added a new combo on the very last note of that pattern, it breaks the pattern up into a triangle and a single, rather than back and forth jumps. I did add a new combo around this section - 00:18:044 (1,2,3,4,1,2).

    3. 00:35:476 (5) - 00:37:098 (6) - 00:43:585 (5) - No need to map on vocal here since it'll be very confusing, I would extend them to be a 1/2 slider. Try to ignore vocal in some points and pay more attention to the instruments.
      If I extended those to be 1/2 sliders then they don't really match the song anymore, at least to my ears. I did decide to extend the last slider though, that one does feel better extended to 1/2. I do hear the clap sound in the white tick right after, but the main parts of that section are either the vocals or that bass line playing in the background.

    4. 00:40:949 - There's a drum here and I wouldn't ignore it.
      I added a note there.

    5. 00:48:652 (1) - 00:51:895 (1) - There's no need to do 1/8 sliders here, just a circle is enough.
      I changed those to single notes.

      I scaled the image up and then cropped to to be 1366x768.

I think it is because of 00:11:760 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - being right before it that made it look boring. Just flipping it makes it look a bit more interesting.
