If the title was not enough for people to understand ill explain. Okay so BPM changes during the song change the scroll speed of notes in osu!mania. Also there are some really bad mappers who utilize a tool the can speed up and slow down the scroll speed, especially when they make it change literally every 0.3seconds. Drives you fucking crazy. So there should be a mod that makes the scroll speed be a stable constant during the whole song, staying the way it started at beginning of song.
Tbh the scrore multiplier on this mod should be 1.0. Speed changes should be a gimmick that some masochist can play with if they feel like it, not part of the competive ranking. But I would also rather have a 0.9 multiplier or even unranked mod, then atleast i could play all of the maps.
