New pen or new tablet?

My pen has been gone for a while now.

But i looked on wacom's website where i saw a new(?) intuos tablet. And i was just wondering what the difference between the one i have and this one.
and if i should get that instead of the pen. Or is it just a new design? Also which one of the new ones would be best for osu?

Between 470 and 480, not much. I've cross-used the pens with each other and it makes no difference at all. 490 however, is different internally as older pens don't work on it, as well as its pen not working with 470 and 480.

FUNCTIONALLY, they're all the same digitizer. The only variables to consider are the software and ergonomics of said tablets.
