Literally everymap at your rank will give you PP learn how the PP system works you have to FC a map in most cases to get anything and with good accuracy.
If you just keep playing the game and enjoying it, you'll find yourself gaining pp by accident.
But if you're really looking for pp specifically, work on your accuracy. Accuracy has the highest potential for giving pp when you start out and your accuracy on most maps is really low right now. If you were to DT a few [Easy] diffs with 99% accuracy, your pp would probably go up quite noticeably.
Really though, just play things that you find challenging to FC and things that you find challenging to pass and you'll see your pp go up pretty quickly anyway.

Getting out of your comfort zone to learn something, taking breaks and making an effort to play flawlessly (if you think you play flawlessly you are doing it wrong) all help you git gud.
Getting pp is a matter of playing the current 'pp maps', that give a lot of pp for the lack of difficulty they have. This is subject to change when someone changes the pp system.
