00:51:532 (1,3,1) - Combo got messed up. Remove, add, remove NC.
00:57:686 (3,1) - Poor readability. Reverse arrow of (1) is visible after (3) is completely faded out. Think of a different pattern please.
01:20:763 (1,2) - Imo dealing with the spacing properly would make a better transition of sv change.
01:25:378 (2) - Inaudible.

General

offset might need a few ms +/- but it seemed okay to me
hitsounds: no customs so they can't be problematic :v I'd probaly add a bit less loud custom hitfinish though as the current one is so much louder than most cymbals in the song you put it on
video: resolution and size seem fine

aspect ratio is a bit strange as it lacks a few horizontal pixels for 16:9, maybe try this one: http://puu.sh/nfW8F/4f29a74c55.png
both are upscaled anyways, but here there were a few pixel cut away from the edges to make it 1366x769 without messing up proportions or anything
metadata: add "season 2" and stuff to tags since apparently it's the ending of that and will help people find it if they search for "haikyu season 2 ending" etc. also probably "s2 ed" for the lazy people :v

00:00:378 (1) - 70% (red lines changes the stuff before it) seems a it much here, but no matter what you do it would also change the volume of 00:00:763 (1) - which is fine atm since using different volumes for red/green on the same spot is still a dq reason even though it would work fine here.
=> I suggest you'd move the offset to -390 (one downbeat back) instead and add a ~50% volume section here, negative offset works fine here

00:06:916 - muscial change + crash feels weird for a sliderend, try to makes this clickable
00:09:224 (5) - spacing this triplet a bit would be nice as all parts of it sound quite strong
00:10:570 (3) - I know bass is the main focus here, but with how strong the guitar on this it it feel really off. maybe try this rhythm instead: http://i.imgur.com/OwdOtxN.jpg seemed really nice to me
00:12:974 (4,1) - aligning those like 00:12:589 (5,1) - would make more sense and look nice

So it turns out, your timing right now is wrong. 01:01:532 (2,3) - are faster for some reason, and it causes the offset for the rest of the kiai to shift. Things end up pretty noticeably late. Also, the parts starting at 00:59:224 (1) - and 01:11:532 (1) - should be in 3/4 measure. Try this timing, or something similar (there are a couple extra red lines for time signature stuff, you can ignore them if you don't care about being 100% correct):

- how about CS 3,2 for easy and 4,1 for insane so CS spread will be 0,3 for each diff
- are you sure for not using custom hitsound for clap? i mean example 00:14:224 - is drum and not a clap sound, using custom hitsound would be nice imo but up to you
- encode ur mp3 to 192kbps because 320kbps is unrankable
- maybe AR 7,5 for hard and AR 8,5 for insane? these diffs have much jumps imo higher AR is better for read

the tv size. indication in the title doesn't seem necessary, provided that it is not included in the end credits. maybe provide the metadata source? besides, it's only fair if you include Sea and The Darkness (album name) and Bonus Track (song status) in the tags
there seem to have some unused green lines, while 00:54:801 - seems accidentally added and the kiai mode effect is disabled so yea

00:00:378 - guess it's purposely ignored to reduce the overall difficulty or whatever reason that is, but it's a significant beat indicating the start of the song so it should be mapped instead. same as in normal diff
even though it's not an issue, personally dislike the implementation of clicks on off beats in lowest beat when it could be avoided, since it heavily disrupt the on-beat counting of players, like the mixture of 1/2 gaps and 1/1 gaps could be really confusing.

00:00:378 - guess it's purposely ignored to reduce the overall difficulty or whatever reason that is, but it's a significant beat indicating the start of the song so it should be mapped instead. same as in normal diff Sliders are lenient with accuracy and more comfortable for a beginner to start a map on imo
even though it's not an issue, personally dislike the implementation of clicks on off beats in lowest beat when it could be avoided, since it heavily disrupt the on-beat counting of players, like the mixture of 1/2 gaps and 1/1 gaps could be really confusing. i'll consider this for future maps but here im just trying to focus on the most prevalent layer of music
