I am not quite sure tho. Well that is not a serious case, there are lots of ranked Normals that use this kinds of spacings. And no, you are not allowed to break DS lol, but you can however increase the DS instead to make them not touch each other like this.
00:20:570 (2) - u miss a note here. The strong beat starts here as well (and the vocal too) you could move the slider to red tick as well. Nah, it is only the vocals that are pretty strong here, and since I was following the drums, would be bit weird to do that. Not really sure, but guess I'll change it up when more people mention about the rhythm.
00:23:904 (2) - same^
00:25:472 (5) - wat, you constantly have this. >: All these really follows the vocals more than the thing that I am following, and that is a little bit bad as that will result in a long chain of 1/2 notes(I don't like to do that after using that a few times, although I use it so much), which does not really fit this song that much.
00:32:335 (6) - its not stacked, but as i mentioned with stacks already. Well yea just like my statement above.
00:44:296 (5) - should stop on blue tick here for some raisons. I don't really like to stop sliders on blue ticks on Normal or Easy, as that catches them off-guard and they may miss the following notes. Considering the song, the map 'should' be mapped out a little more 'easier' than usual, so yea, would like to keep the difficulty bit more easier
01:14:786 - remove the greenline. This is for the kiai 'burst' effect, to give emphasis to the strong instrument in the background, as well as the stanza 'bursting' out.

00:02:727 (3) - shape at the tail looks pretty edgy which makes the sliderart look bad. Nah it seems fine for me, as the red node is in the middle and I don't really see anything 'edgy' in the tail of the slider.
00:27:041 (2,3) - you need to break up your 1/2 sliderusage here as it sounds randomly placed afterwards. you follow not the beat and the vocal here. which makes sound 4 really weird This is 1/1 lol So yea, this is following the synth which is lot more simple than following a specific thing of the song in easier difficulties.
00:48:217 (1,2,1,2) - i dunno why and i wondered already in other diff, but those sound so out of place bcs i have no idea what you map to. There is that instrument in the background that lands on the red tick, so yea I mapped to that.
01:14:786 - same as in other diff Well same as in the other diff as well.

I think the distance spacing is 0.9x right, there`s some of it was 1.0x and below 0.8x, not counting the notes that was stick from slider. I suggest recheck the distance a bit. I mapped a part of Insane first without DS, so when I mapped this the DS may have flunked on me :/ All found and fixed.

00:01:159 (1) - Curve the slider a bit up so it flows to the (2) more naturally. It is fine lol
00:02:727 - Distance between this are high, recheck. Fixed.

1. 00:22:335 (5) - As you can see, this rhythm is different from 00:21:551 (4) - so, in order to follow better the rhythm, what about Control Ging 00:22:335 (5,6) - ? It will work much better. Hmm now that you've mentioned it, the current rhythm feels awkward, nice suggestion there.
2. 00:48:217 (1,2,3) - Are you sure you want to keep here the same rhythm you've used on your easy? It'd be a good idea to make it a bit harder to even the spread easy-normal. Example: http://puu.sh/lWBpI/913ed0f812.jpg Well still I feel that lesser is better here, after all this Normal is meant to be an'easy' one(although not that easy in kiai) compared to other Normals, so I would like to keep the rhythm the most simplistic way.
3. 01:10:178 (4,5,6,7,1,2,3) - This part has too many 1/2s, you should consider making some gaps because it looks more like an Advanced than a Normal. Example: http://puu.sh/lWBx5/1238db4944.jpg Yep the 1/2 usage is definitely overdone here, followed your suggestion.

1. 00:06:257 (2) - It'd be nice if this note had also 1.5x DS like the prev. sliders, this sound is very strong concerning the guitar and it could get more emphasis in my opinion. Wow I forgotten to increase the distance for this one o.o
2. 00:22:335 (5,6) - Just like the Normal, Control G here will fit better the claps of the song. Yep did that.
3. 00:35:080 (5,6) - Whistles sounds out of nothing here, completely unexepected lol, it may be just me, but I found it really unfitting here, and besides, I don't remember hearing them on the other difficulties. I guess that was because the whistles were on the blue tick and the red tick while the other difficulties didn't have the whistles on those ticks. Removed the whistles on the blue tick((5)'s repeat) and (6).
4. 01:00:766 (1) - I'd rather a 1/1 slider with a reverse arrow to cover the bells, there isn't really any problem with this 2/1 slider, but it's a bit awkward since you've used it on the Normal and Easy, so I kinda expected something harder for this part at this diff :/. Nah this is fine, the piano is the significant instrument here, and it would be better to emphasize on the held sound instead of mapping to the faint sounds.

1. 00:08:806 (1) - Personally I prefer a 1/2 slider and a jump note in Insane for emphasizing 00:09:198 - this sound Yea a jump is feasible there, but I want to keep this Insane bit easier, as the song itself is pretty 'calm'. And since I was making jumps on strong drum beats, so making a double-jump here, will be a bit 'overdone' as there are no drums in the background here.
2. 01:00:766 (1) - Isn't this too upper-side? This touch HP bar In the default screen it doesn't, so it should be fine. And it is not the hitcircle that is being overlapped by it, it won't really affect readability as all.
3. 01:25:864 (1) - You forgot the whistle on here Opps added.
