Good lord this sounds like generic kpop wahahaha. But it's ok.

Testplay:
SVs give me mixed feelings. This is heavy on LNs that is sure. The ending SVs are pretty bad. Overdone imo. But you chose this kind of layering so I don't mind.

SVs I might not know what I'm doing but it is worth a shot
As much as possible, try doing jumps that will equate to the normal scrolling instead of doing huge jumps as those kill ppl who play with high speed scrolling. But I'm sure you know that

00:20:305 - by doing the math, amounts to x0.765625 average scrolling. It's kinda complex but whatever.
used something like this:
(SV1+SV2+((SV3+SV4)/2)+((SV5+SV6+SV7+SV8)/4)= supposedly 1 which in your case, is x0.765625
Kinda fast, but normalized.
In order:
1, 0.875, 0.8, 0.7, 1, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75
00:24:989 - same case as the section in 00:11:433 and for similar jump events
01:01:185 - Now here is a thing i just realized, you can keep this speed to have an excuse for not normalizing 00:20:305, or just change it to x1.15 or remove it.

The Lv 26 diff is pretty nice. I suggest you raise the HP to 9 or at least 8.5* since I was able to pass it by spamming.
