She used to be a caster but was pretty much the worst. Most people couldn't understand her because her voice was utterly dreadful (still is) and she used to have the worst insight of all of the casters. But that's not the bad part, the bad part is that she abadoned a cast in the middle of one of their games she was casting with tobi because she was just fucking with her phonei and she was supposed to be controlling the camera, so tobi had to do everything himself (this was still when he was relatively new to the game). Luckily a tech guy came and helped him out, something to that effect.
Theres a lot more stuff, you can look it up. She's dipped her nasty feet into pretty much any game with a massive e-sport following. Pretty much everyone hates her.
And yes, she is Alliance's "manager". Sort of. She's just Loda's girlfriend and cooked them food or some shit during bootcamp for TI3.

Why would you use any stats like that lol. I don't even know where they get the data from but even if it is from tournaments or something it's not the same to get a win on X hero against Na'Vi or Alliance than getting it against some shit team. Also, DotA being a team game I don't think stats matter that much. :/
