the high tier in aus servers is the best higher tier anywhere. though, normal is pretty bad, because essentially, if you fuck up, you get flamed to no end, and if you do well, you get praised to no end. also, no russians

- Fixed Death Prophet bot to know about the true range of Crypt Swarm.
- Fixed bots thrashing selling a situational item (dust, wards, TP scroll) to purchase another situational item.

WEBAPI
- Added Captain's Mode Picks and Bans.
- Added ability upgrade order and times to each player.
- Added inventory for additional units (Lone Druid's Spirit Bear).
- Added an API for getting match details in the order they were recorded.

The update was well received on my part, the load times have been significantly reduced, along with all the other things.
China will be receiving Dota soon, so the patch was probably in preparation.

Oh, random side note on the Hidden Lotus chest; it's contents have been leaked (some of them anyway).

2Gbs Patch, when I was downloading it, I really doubt about my game was uninstalled itself or something.

Oh well, nice sets... still waiting for the Warlock Ward.

Lot's of new things, mostly on the store, also the performance graph for played heroes has been changed, it's a lot better now, at least for me, I used to have really high performance heroes that I don't really use well, and Shadow Fiend, Pudge, and Storm Spirit really low on performance despite I perform really well with them.

Also I didn't even notice it was that big.

looks like it's sorted by the old performance ratings still.

The new performance bars seem to be solely based on win loss ratio, though. Well, definitely better than the previous system.

Yeah just noticed this last night, W/L ratio is not really good to depict performance, but then again, the old performance system was bad too, and at least if you win a match, or if you lose it's partly because of you so... yeah.

- The dota:// URL handler now supports lobbyid= and accountid= for creating game spectating links.
- Fixed autocast ability border not hiding when moving from a friendly unit to querying an enemy.
- When using smart tab switching, fixed not being able to cycle to controllable units if your currently selected using is dead.
- Players that play on a league game will now have access to that league pass.

WEBAPI:
- Added Team query to WebAPI. Query is GetTeamInfoByTeamID, params are start_at_team_id and teams_requested.

LEAGUES:
- Players that participate in Leagues will now have access to watch all games for said league in the tournament tab.

BOTS
- Made Necrolyte bot more likely to use Death Pulse to heal himself.
- When considering purchasing an item and determining whether there's room in their inventory, bots will now consider whether the item will stack with an existing item.
- Bots will no longer sell a situational item in order to retrieve a situational item from their stash (fixes purchase thrashing).
- Witch Doctor will no longer use Maledict on non-hero units.
- Slightly lowered the maximum desire to attack a non-hero unit.

Say what you want, but Valve is at least trying to address the Russian problem. They gave them their own servers, and now this. Maybe it'll help a little bit.

People ruining games with Meepo should be banned from life. Yesterday I got to play with some guy who randomed Meepo, failed the whole game and used as an excuse "I don't know how to play Meepo", fact: he kept pretty much suiciding against everyone, which means you just don't know how to play.

That's what scares me about random, there are several heroes "anyone" can use, meaning some supports, basic carries, etc, but then you got some others you MUST know how to play, meaning Chen, Meepo, Enchantress, pretty much any hero that requires either micro or some special knowledge. Meaning that whenever you have your retarded mates random there is a chance they will get some of those heroes and ruin the game.

But you can not expect too much from pubs, specially when you're not in party and your teammates are the first to pick 4 carry heroes (Mortred, Drow, Templar, Sniper), most of them considerated "pussies" by range attack or perma invi state (Gondar, Riki, Weaver).

Funny. That seldom happens in my matches (at least here in SEA). Usually, people actually pick support or utility after noticing that the team really needs one.

Yesterday we've been with my Dota 2 crew, picking all carrys and laughing our asses off.

We won 30/8 with every tower almost full hp. That was fun :P
