I know that you can rotate the cursor but i want to be able to animate the cursor so i could have reimu hakurei as my cursor.

I’d rather have one of those windows XP era animated cursors. I’m upvoting this

I made a gif to use as a cursor, and then discovered osu didn't support that, and I tried EVERYTHING to get it to work. I want skinning to be more open and interesting, it's way too bland for me to enjoy right now
