Are you saying it minimizes when you watch a replay? Are there any other details you could provide about your issue?

It doesn't minimize, it disables fullscreen I know this because of FPS and the fact my cursor can be dragged onto my other monitor, but it keeps aspect ratio.
Are you sure that Fullscreen mode is actually being disabled, and you don't have this option in "Never"?
