hi im in the work in progress of a beatmap that has this song in it timmy trumpet stradues trap remix if i put this song up and someone takes it down for copyright will my osu account be banned also? im asking this question since i want to be safe and not risk my account

You can even get it ranked if it's good
A map of mine, CUSTOM DRIVE, is also a song which is copyrighted, though I managed to get it qualified (but it got DQ'd >>___>>)
