This is probably intentional, but just thought I'd mention it in case, is the source supposed to be the same as the song title?
Maybe some unsnapped lines around when bpm of one section changed to 148, make sure to resnap.
Quick note, moving that spinner the way kolrion said wouldn't make the drain time below 30 seconds (for some reason spinner isn't shown by drain time but it would still be over 30 seconds if you ended it there, and this is fine as shown in maps like Pupa, and Opening). However if you have other reasons for not changing it, feel free to leave it.

00:10:635 (3) - x:192 would feel nicer here in the double, and also make the dash afterwards feel better as it's more emphasised, and so better recognised as a dash to newer players.

00:16:848 (6) - x:128 makes the distances feel more natural in the triple like pattern here.
00:20:705 (1) - I don't feel like a dash to this really fits, there's been similar sounds throughout the song which you haven't made dashes to. Try x:448 instead.
00:22:419 (6) - x:272, to better emphasise the dash.
00:27:562 (6) - I feel this plays better if you move it to x:352, dash feels a bit weird here to me.

00:06:593 (3) - In this difficulty, a dash here would be nice for the strong note, the way you originally put a dash into the salad.
00:12:133 (1,2,3) - Move this section to x:64, weakens the hyper slightly to keep nicer flow, as HDash followed by movement in the opposite direction could be too much at this speed.
00:13:848 (5) - x:464 could be nice, for a slightly easier beat to hit without dashing.
00:14:276 (1) - The way this is emphasised with a finish makes me think this'd work better as a dash. Maybe ctrl+H and move it to x:144? That feels nice to play in my opinion.
00:16:633 (2,3,4) - Dash to this sounds weird to me, 2 doesn't feel like a particularly strong sound. Move this section to x:448, removes this dash but keeps the one afterwards.

00:28:848 (3) - x:336, an increased distance at this point would be nice to emphasise the pitch change better.
00:30:133 (2) - x:304, a dash doesn't really fit here, this sound isn't that strong, and you've not had hypers on the other drum sounds similar to this.

00:31:467 (1) - This should really have higher distance, for a note that is even emphasised with the kiai it's quite low. Try x:384.
00:32:295 (3) - Ctrl+H this and move it to x:304, feels better emphasised by the antiflow movement, and a jump like this to the next note would be good as that is a very strong note in terms of the main instrument.
00:33:987 (5) - Move this to x:464, the current distance is a tiny bit too big, leading to an awkward jump.
