Problem Details:
I am trying to map a song that is 175 bpm. When I set the offset at the beginning, then go to that point, it is showing it as 1ms earlier than I set it to. (I hope this makes sense).

You can see that I have set the offset as 12032, however it is snapping it to 12031 as you can see on the bottom left. You will have to trust me that I have made sure it is perfectly on the tick.
