Well, the only way to lose PP at the moment (in normal conditions) is beating a score that gave you PP with worse accuracy (assuming that it is full combo). For example, you had a 99% full combo in X song, and then you get another full combo with Hidden mod and 96% accuracy. In that case you will most likely lose some PP.
