Also i highly recommend to reduce the applause volume. Its sooo loud
.mp3 file is not rankable? well, i found a map used mp3 (maybe some more) for hitsound, those are perfectly fine, but well, i will fix
And it's not that loud lol, maybe i set my computer volume is only 40/100Cell [7K Lv.8]

Sorry to say this Kuo but i will Pop this Bubble for now. I am of the opinion that this Map is not ready for Ranking yet. I found so many inconsistent parts which i just don't understand. It seems we should go through this IRC so you can explain me how you Mapped this because when it stays like this i'm 100% sure it will not pass the Qualify.
Please don't hate me for this. Let us just together clear what is wrong. Maybe i misunderstood here something.
