Just tried the new Ahri skin on PBE and it's actually kinda neat (I freakin hate Ahri btw so that's something). I think she has a new voice over too. Haven't really played Ahri since release so idk.
I think the voice is the same and that recall is just awesome!
Blond hair Ahri is a no-no for me but I will still get the skin >_>

Every free skin that is given out officially includes the champion. At least from my experience they are.

I think the PAX skins came with the champion idk. I only have PAX Jax and Sivir which were given out several years ago.
