All I can offer are suggestions based on my own interpretation of the music and the style I think you're trying to represent.
00:17:231 (1,2,3,4,5) - Why not put 5 in the upper right corner for a linear pattern? I don't really feel the emphasis on 4 that justifies a right angle'd jump, but the notes do increase in pitch. Also leads to a common pattern seen in some earlier mapping where a note would end on a different quadrant of the screen than the next note.
00:18:830 (1,2,3,4,5) - Same as above, except 5 would go in the bottom right corner.
00:24:428 (1,2,3) - Is this pattern intentionally rotated?
00:26:028 (1,2,3) - ^
00:27:627 (1,2,3) - ^
00:34:824 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13) - Try to replicate 00:28:427 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13), but rotated 90 degrees, I think it would help for pattern cosistency. Adjust spacing if necessary
01:12:426 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1) - Is this also intentionally rotated?

Pretty much all I can do/question, this is a pretty nice map though!
