Every slider must have a clear and visible path to follow from start to end. Sliders which overlap themselves in a way that makes any section unreadable or ambiguous (including "burai sliders") cannot be used. This is so that no slider has an appearance that is confusing or impossible for the player to read. Additionally, the slider borders must never be covered up from the slider being packed in too tightly. However, sliders that cross over themselves are fine as long as the borders are clearly visible.This, however, would be a valid reason (the thing I underlined). Your personal dislike of the slider shape does not make the slider unrankable.

If we're talking about Collab Hard, I should say it needs a LOT of work besides the storyboard.
First of all, the AR should be at least 7, possibly even 7.5-8. If you want to make the diff easier to fit in the diff spread, do not lower the AR-OD-HP, change the diff itself accordingly.
01:13:054 (1,2,3) - The triples should be removed or be used rarely. Right now this diff's rhythm is just the same as Light Insane, but without so much jumps. It's almost no difference, while the Normals beneath the Collab Hard are a lot easier in terms of rhythm.

Remove most of the triples or replace them with a 3-note slider everywhere. This is too difficult according to the diff spread.

Fix the stacked sliders patterns, they look bad and play bad.
This is not the only diff that needs some huge rework.
Tari's Insane also has a few important crucial things to fix.
01:08:597 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,1) - This whole pattern is not really well-made. The symmetrical jumpy pattern is almost harder as the pattern of Kyshiro in this part. It should be made a lot easier. And I don't really like the lazy-symmerical way. What? this isn't an lazy assymetrical way, this pattern is great build up here, and is very easy to play due to the previous combo, You just move down and up. I don't agree with this at all.
01:09:625 (7,1) - This anti-jump is a very bad idea here too.
01:10:740 (1) - This slider is a mess. First, it should never start and end on a blue tick. That doesn't make sense. Second, it should not be that fast.

In such a bassy song with clearly distinguishable hardest beat on white ticks... That's really unacceptable. It plays weirdly and must be fixed throughout the whole diff. what? please don't be single minded, there are beats in the red ticks too, and they are very apparent in 100% playback rate, the white beats obviously prominent, but you need to realize there are beats in the red ticks too, that don't follow the same upbeat white tick track.
01:19:311 (8) - This should be removed, there's no sound here. I find this one is good, there
01:22:568 (4) - 01:24:282 - 01:25:654 (3) - 01:26:168 (6) - 01:27:025 (5) - Same, and so on. A lot of those here. Listen to it with 25% playback rate please, there are sounds there. Also, removing the blue ticks would cause difficulty spread issues amuck, something your complaining about largely.

03:16:654 (2) - This blanket ruins your flow and speed, move the circle somewhere else.
