I'm just not sure whether to use low heat for a long time or a high heat in a short time.
Or a constant rising heat which I'm not sure.
Or is it because of the egg itself?
Freshness does matter with eggs, but I don't really know what's the difference between eggs over location and how climate will affect cooking conditions.
I'd recommend just sticking to one heat and tracking your results, though I'm sure there's probably something about that online.

Actually, when I looked it up at first it kind of did sound like some weird chemical waste stuff, but reading the ungredients list it really just seems to be regular canola oil put in a spray can and sold at a high price. Doesn't exactly sound like it will kill you. Stilll makes me wonder why people would pay for this instead of just using plain old oil/butter, it's not like those can only be used in vast amounts that would make every dish gross and greasy. D:

I make carbonara by using 3 eggs (2 without yolks, 1 with the yolk), putting them all into 1 bowl. I then grab milk, pour it in the bowl. I also grab salt, and pour it in. I then boil my pasta of choice, and then I put the pasta into the carbonara sauce (the stuff in the bowl!!!)
it is sooo good! you can also add bacon, peas, whatever u want to the sauce (if ur adding meat make sure its cooked properly!)
