I can't see videos for some reason I have videos enabled in the options but I still can't see them

Did you download the no-video version of the beatmap by any chance?

^ This. Also, not every beatmap has video.

100% Background Dim will also remove the Video (visibility) : )

There are both general options and the visual effect popup (have the cursor at the bottom when starting the map/pausing
Perhaps in the general options videos are toggled off
Oh, are there videos available in the song's folder?

actually no i did not this happens with every single beat map
