00:29:104 (275) - Remove, sounds weird with the all those k's after it. (And sounds awkward in general.)
01:29:450 (752) - Change to d. It has the same pitch as the two d's around it.
01:57:123 (1025,1033) - Change to k's. Matches better with the guitar.
02:19:027 (1231) - Change to k. Matches the scream better.
02:41:735 (1461) - Change to k's. Matches the guitar better.
02:50:240 (1543,1544) - Change to k's. Follows the decrasing sound. (Also makes it so you don't have so many d's.)
03:08:213 (28) - Change to d. Has the same pitch as the d's that follow after it.
03:08:694 (31) - Change to k. Has a different pitch than the d's before it.
03:38:864 (144) - Change to k. Matches the drum in the background.

Yep thought it was alrdy there fcked up the update while changing some patterns my bad srr, also kudosu for all the irc timing stuff forgot :d (gonna take another irc with someone for another timing check tomorrow and gonna see if it fits now so hopefully this is the last timing change)

First off, it seems like the first part focused more on jumps, while there is much room for some tripples and small streams. It felt a bit lacking, but it played fine.
There's room for kiai in the second half of the song

00:26:295 (6) - this should be more bent upwards towards 00:26:777 (7) - and this should maybe be moved a bit higher up
00:45:873 (5) - meh, it felt weird to go from a stream to a sideways slider; the 5,6,7,8 pattern plays fine, maybe rotate it a bit?
00:56:785 (1) - this looks ugly with so many grey anchor points, and is unrankable iirc

Actually there is something called "omit first barline" which is exactly for removing messy barlines. Guess that issue is fixed now. ;)

Not really any clue either but since downbeats stand out a lot more in taiko (bigger circle I think?), omit first barline removes the first downbeat when you have a bpm change (starts with downbeat) like in this song, so you don't have like 2 bigger circles after eachother. That would be my guess tho dont quote me on that :p

Well that's almost right except that it's not about the bigger circles, it's about the white lines which occur on every 1 of a measure. (You know that 1 2 3 4 counting in 4/4 measures :D ). If you have a new timing section, you reset this and thus have a new white line. So if you have many many new timing sections like during a speed-up you get many white lines as well which can be really confusing. (Look at this map for example https://osu.ppy.sh/s/45935)

  1. Taiko diff has weird tag "Mäenpää" fix this with "Mäenpää" replacement
  2. soft-hitfinish2.wav has 17ms delay, max delay allowed is 4ms so this hitsound is unrankable.
  3. Ranking Criteria says all diffs in a map should end at the same point. But your two diffs don't, make sure to fix. (https://osu.ppy.sh/wiki/Ranking_Criteria#Guidelines)
[Time]
  1. Add combo colors
  2. 00:29:151 - this timing point should be on top of 00:29:184 (1) -
  3. 00:31:076 - same as above.
  4. 00:47:798 - this one is slightly off, fix
  5. 01:39:114 - same as above
    Check all the timing points and see if they are set correct then you should be fine.

    oh thanks! fixing this gonna pick another hitsound for that! Tho I got it from a ranked map so weird that is has such a long delay

If people want to play with their own custom colors they can use "Ignore beatmap skin" function. A std beatmap should have Custom C'ombo Colors set regardless of whether a custom skin is added or not.

well this is gonna be a pain but your .945 decimal thing is nonsense lol
should just be 187bpm all the way through without any offsets pushed back like zz
youd still need the time signature changes of course, but they'll all line up with each other on the timeline

there's a lot of things which apply to the whole map so try to understand things more than just adjusting the timestamps i mention lol

your soft sampleset usage kinda sucks. like ur putting it on super loud sounds, but its really quiet relative to other hitsounds.

i wish you would indicate 1/1 vs 1/2 better :( ur spacing is like the same for both and interchanged all the time

01:47:975 (4,1,2) - youll want sliders to indicate in some way where the next object is. with this, you're curving 1 downwards, whereas 2 is above it. dont do that thx. youll want the next object to be following the curve and not going against it
02:38:044 (9,1,2) - imagine the opposite of the previous stuff. in most cases youd want object leading into the slider's curve rather than going against it
04:09:675 (1,2,3,4,5) - same idea of circle->slider from the last thing also applies from slider->slider (or slider->curved stream, in this case. would be the same thing)

complaints about emphasis now, both through rhythm and spacing:
02:47:512 (8,1) - 00:31:752 (3,1) - 03:48:171 (5,1) - 06:38:583 (4,1) - if anything, downbeats should have more spacing then unimportant stuff lol. can similarly show emphasis for nondownbeat stuff like
00:03:668 (5,6,7) - 6 having the melody instrument here but not being different from 4->5 :(
emphasis through rhythm is also a thing i need to complain about
02:03:221 (1) - already said how downbeats are big deal, so like if you're expressing a held sound that ends on a downbeat, a 3/4 slider + circle better expresses that + strong thing on the ends
02:49:437 (7) - is also pretty silly rhythm choice with downbeat um where it is tail um um um
01:32:579 (6,1,2,3) - 3 is an important sound right yes. showing that = important (also 6 ending where it does kinda ew)
03:05:164 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1) - is more of an inconsistency with how you emphasize the start of every grouping. like 03:05:405 (4,1) - has the same spacing as the following stream, while 03:05:726 (4,1) - doesnt and has a direction change. like just be consistent about how you handle 4->1s
03:15:274 (2,3,1,2,3,1,1,2,3,1) - would be another inconsistency in emphasis. the song legit doesnt change but your object desnity does completely. while you may be emphasizing the same stuff by clicking on them technically, it's still gonna be out of place when one section has sliderends and the other doesnt
07:10:357 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - has questionable emphasis for less obvious reasons. groupings of 4 means emphasis on every other object, but with a 3/4 time signature, every other object doesnt make much sense to emphasize z
02:20:070 (9,10) - dont make me explain this please
05:59:283 (6,7) - same idea as previous one, except not related to variable lengths this time. just like you don't want to be starting these on red ticks when white ticks have something important on them.

and other unrelated things:
06:17:978 (8,1) - minor spacing mistake lol. stream is smaller than 8->1
06:47:088 (7,8) - sliders starting on blue ticks without anything actually on the blue ticks wh a t like as unintuitive as u can get lol
07:24:077 (6,1) - first 1/4 jump 7 minutes into map could u not ty. when maps have 1/4 jumps like this, you'll see them introduced earlier and used throughout

04:09:675 (1,2,3,4,5) - same idea of circle->slider from the last thing also applies from slider->slider (or slider->curved stream, in this case. would be the same thing) Euhm I mostly do it thourghouth the map but these are kinda intentional to force a flow break like at 04:09:996 (2,3,4,5) - the drum suddenly kicks in while the vocals I was following are still extended during the drum, so I wanted to express that change by forcing a flow break here, same for the second part since I follow the vocals there I want sharp angels and flow breaks since that gives more power to the vocals imo, will change some others that won't fit but no change for these other then the first

complaints about emphasis now, both through rhythm and spacing:
02:47:512 (8,1) - gonna leave this for now, I like how it plays with the decreasing vocals and the guitar drop here 00:31:752 (3,1) - leaving this since 00:31:110 (1,2,3) - its basicly building up to (3) and then starts back again at (1) to build up so wanted a lower ds for the here instead 03:48:171 (5,1) increased a bit - 06:38:583 (4,1) - fixed if anything, downbeats should have more spacing then unimportant stuff lol. can similarly show emphasis for nondownbeat stuff like
00:03:668 (5,6,7) - 6 having the melody instrument here but not being different from 4->5 :( true changed a bit
emphasis through rhythm is also a thing i need to complain about
02:03:221 (1) - already said how downbeats are big deal, so like if you're expressing a held sound that ends on a downbeat, a 3/4 slider + circle better expresses that + strong thing on the ends true kinda left them out bc they'd feel out of place with the rest of the map but gonna look into that,changed some but deciced to keep alot 1/1 since the extend sound is most of the time stronger than thats what on the downbeat/stanza in the song and it played worse/color]
02:49:437 (7) - is also pretty silly rhythm choice with downbeat um where it is tail um um um uhm yeah
01:32:579 (6,1,2,3) - 3 is an important sound right yes. showing that = important (also 6 ending where it does kinda ew) ah yeah missed that changed this part
03:05:164 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1) - is more of an inconsistency with how you emphasize the start of every grouping. like 03:05:405 (4,1) - has the same spacing as the following stream, while 03:05:726 (4,1) - doesnt and has a direction change. like just be consistent about how you handle 4->1s ah yeah fck up here, fixed
03:15:274 (2,3,1,2,3,1,1,2,3,1) - would be another inconsistency in emphasis. the song legit doesnt change but your object desnity does completely. while you may be emphasizing the same stuff by clicking on them technically, it's still gonna be out of place when one section has sliderends and the other doesnt Yeah I get your point, I kinda wanted some diversity here because 03:15:755 (1,2,3,1) - is the highpoint during this segment of the song, so I wanted to do something different then the previous sliders here, so no change
07:10:357 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - has questionable emphasis for less obvious reasons. groupings of 4 means emphasis on every other object, but with a 3/4 time signature, every other object doesnt make much sense to emphasize z yeah true felt more like - 1-3-3-1 initinally gonna change back
02:20:070 (9,10) - dont make me explain this please damn how did I miss that.. should prob do something to make 7-8-9-10 stand out more but might be a bit too much with the 1/4 alrdy
05:59:283 (6,7) - same idea as previous one, except not related to variable lengths this time. just like you don't want to be starting these on red ticks when white ticks have something important on them. Dunno about here, the changing toms start on the red tick tho will see what fits best gonna leave it for now

and other unrelated things:
06:17:978 (8,1) - minor spacing mistake lol. stream is smaller than 8->1 fixed
06:47:088 (7,8) - sliders starting on blue ticks without anything actually on the blue ticks wh a t like as unintuitive as u can get lol ah rip yeah should be in pair of 4s

We should really stick to 186.945 BPM as you can clearly hear on spots like 03:11:846 - etc. It's somewhat weird that the BPM is not a round number, but I've seen this on S.S.H. songs from time to time as well (https://osu.ppy.sh/s/31750 or https://osu.ppy.sh/s/154798).

Yeah made a seperate diff to see and it gets off after while so gonna keep the current one, maybe needs 5-10ms changes on some parts but it plays fine atm I think
