tasuke is right, the mp3 isn't the best. It's also 128 kb/s which is lower than the normal mp3 file on osu (of course there are some but it would be better to have sth higher)

00:14:507 - I think this one breaks flow a bit. It's okay to leave out notes here in Kantan because there you have 1 note in place for 2, but here you have 00:14:920 (25,26) - two notes. It would be best to just have a don in this spot to finish melody.
00:21:127 - ^, but this would also mean that 00:20:300 (2) - would have to be deleted.

00:53:817 - 01:07:058 - In this part I'm not sure if it's too wise to cover up and therefore remove emphasis on 00:55:059 (5,6) - these notes by having 00:54:645 (4) - these ones. While spread demands something like this, the question remains if the map needs it. Possibly Kantan can have reduced notes here too.
01:00:231 - And maybe have a kat here for 1/2 doublet.

00:00:852 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14) - Compare this with 00:04:162 (15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26) - . You build up with 1/2 and even 1/4 in the beginning only to have it fall into 3/2 and even bigger breaks. It's a pretty big difference and feels pretty uncomfortable and unfitting, since you play a lot and suddenly you play almost nothing even though the song keeps its pace. I think you should have less notes in the first four seconds.
00:54:438 (172) - Together with Futsuu, I think this part can have less notes in Muzukashii too. 00:57:748 (181) - 01:01:058 (191) - my recommendation would be all these notes since you have a lot of 1/2 close to each other and then nothing again, which doesn't suit the song.
01:05:817 (205,206) - Add a note 01:06:024 - here and change to dkd
01:06:645 - Add a don here too, for da melody
01:33:541 - Repeat stuff in this part

00:10:783 (25,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35,36,37,38,39) - I don't think this works well with the song. It doesn't show any pattern with a 3/1 length, so I'd actually recommend doing kdk 1/2 triplets, like
this (following the up down up down thing in bass)
00:33:541 (122,123,124,125) - why why why why why why why why why why literal the first time you really overmap. 1/2 should be enough here, lower diffs all give melody a break here. Removing this also makes 00:40:162 (148,149,150,151,152) - way more important.
00:54:231 (215) - Remember Muzukashii? Yeah, I think you can remove this note here. So 00:54:438 (216) - becomes more noticeable. Same applies to 00:57:541 (227) - 01:00:852 (239) -
