Problem Details:

I have been watching this person's replays, and it looks like an AUTO play. I may be wrong, but I don't think such low ranked user getting a lot of PP.

If you think any player is cheating or doing anything inappropriate, you can always report them in-game by using the !report function.

That's all you need to know, suspected players or stuff like that shouldn't be discussed in forums.
