Every map is alternate map. Play them all. :p

i noticed that you paired aim and alternating together
which they are kinda two different things
if you're not used to alternating it CAN affect your aim but otherwise a good amount of practice should keep the two in harmony
also, stars have a special logarithmic scaling for difficulty
you'll soon find out when you play 4 stars
gets worse on 5 stars
etc etc 6 stars
anyways...
i'd recommend 0108 and Saten diffs (the 4-6 star ones sadly) for alternate practice. the spaced streams help a lot imo
which they are kinda two different things

I'm an alternating player. I alternate every map. When someone asks me for alternating maps, I don't link them 150bpm jump maps.
