[resolved] Osu! stuttering.

Problem Details:

Micro stuttering everytime, the faster the Beatmap more stutter.
Already tested in all versions(Stable[latest/fallback], Beta, CE)
Happens in Fullscreen and Windowed.
FPS fixed in 1000, unlimited fluctuate between 0.43ms~0.80ms(Saying this to say that fps isn't the problem.)
Already tested osu! with RAMDISK, same issue happens.
Only happens when I play, when I'm on Auto or watching people, doesn't happen the stutters.

sounds like something to do with other software on your PC hooking your input. mouse driver software maybe?

I unplugged my mouse and quit Razer Synapse and deactivated razer services, same problem.
I closed every process I can, but the issue remain. (Windows Task Manager>Process)

I only have tablet and keyboard plugged.

I don't know if can help, but I upload in .txt with everything that is running in my pc...

from youtube, get out the red marks(swapbuffer), it's from recording software.

What is the squares alongside the FPS Counter?

*stutter occurs more in spinners.
**I put the mod NoFail and found that the white spikes(BetweenFrames) occur when I click on the keyboard. I tried to click with tablet(tap-x without keyboard) and no white spikes(BetweenFrames)
***On spinners is worst because I keep the key pressed and spin, when I spin without the key pressed no white spikes.
****White spikes only happen when the beatmap start.
*****Same happens with my PS2 keyboard.

I formatted the computer and tested osu! after installing the drivers... problem solved.

I found out the same problem, and I use HotKey Resolution Changer (with /hidetrayicon)
Exiting it helped
