bpm seems fine, change offset to 45950
Easy- 00.46.45 (2) and (3) should be spaced further
- 00.50.45, 02.46.45 same as above
Normal- 00.47.95 slider should end a quarter beat later
- 00.51.95, 00.59.95, 02.47.95 same as above
- 01.04,95 This slider's kinda weird, like it isn't following any beat. Make it rebound one time less, and it makes more sense
- 01.30.95 (3) and (4) should be further away
Hard- 00.57.95 (1), (2), (3) should be further
- 01.14.45 (1) and (2) should be closer
- 01.34.95 (7) and (8) should be further

Can't help but notice that all your notes are ever so slightly not snapped in timeline. Resnap all notes plz
Also does anyone else get strange audio on the slider sections? not the ticks/returns, just the sliding part.
One more general thing, did you use any whistles or finishes?

also this is the last note but there's still a bunch of bookmarks and breaks after this, you should delete them.

01:12:32 (4) - shorten so start is @ 01:12:45 -

[normal]
01:35:07 (0) - start on a 1/1 beat plz
02:12:07 (0) - start on a 1/1 beat plz
02:23:95 (7) - extend so returns are on 1/1 beats, then delete 02:25:95 (8) -
03:09:95 (0) - end on a 1/1 beat maybe

[hard]
ok i admit i wasn't paying attention to beat spacing before, but it's pretty obvious here that it's inconsistent.
00:50:95 (4) - too far from 00:50:70 (3) -
00:57:95 (4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - shouldn't have the same spacing. also they're quite close together, considering spacing used earlier
won't go through everything in hard, but you should have more consistency with your beat spacing.
