Blue tiny dots are appearing on my skin.

So i just mmade my skin, i replaced the lighting.png , hit300(s), particle300,100,50 with a transparent picture because i want them disabled on my skin.But somehow a blue tiny dots (It's kinda hard to see) is appearing if i click circles,

It's not the one on the bottom of my screen , its close to the hitcircle . Kinda hard to see but it's there
And it only appears if i play with HD mod
