Well the katakana "My Little Pony" is just for the japanese people pronounciation apparently. They also have an official made logo too with "My little pony" being not katakana-ed

Check the official video OP in the tv size (you may search on youtube or see the video in my tv size map. link in desc)

Oh one more thing to note. The show itself is originally not from japanese, its from America (pretty sure you know already) therefore translating "My Little Pony" is just weird since it'll be different with the original imo

No, it's stated everywhere in all the official Japanese websites in words form, why is it apparently for Japanese pronunciation? I don't see any relation between them frankly speaking.

After some search I found 2 more websites that might be close to official

Official My Little Pony Japanese website, provided from the official Twitter https://twitter.com/mylittleponyjpn it shows "My Little Pony" untranslated but the web is kinda outdated since 2015 and the ponies who shows up there is not a ponies whose this show meant to. Those ponies are from before 2010

About why I rather use "My Little Pony" instead of "マイリトルポニー"

Firstly, Pretty sure Using both "My Little Pony" or "マイリトルポニー" are acceptable since it is writen there and this logo is official and shown every time this show aired in japanese Television. Plus the fact that this show is not originally from japanese either, its a dub.

Secondly, "My Little Pony" is written bigger than "マイリトルポニー" itself. which is given the perception that people will be aware with the "My Little Pony" sentence first rather than the "マイリトルポニー" which is written pretty small there that maybe people wont even notice it in the first time seeing the logo.
what its shows in the logo that aired in TV has the same validness and official as it shown on the website.

Almost everything that adaptated from not japanese have a katakana on it just for the sake of easier pronounciation and for people who cant read regular alphabet. Also Its not always the part of the official translation, they still leaving some of it untranslated for the respect of the original creator. Don't refer to logo when there are so many places showing the exact title of the show, mainly because it could be very arbitrary and there could be different interpretations and styles. Reading your whole paragraph basically justified only on the official logo, why not "my LiTTLE PONY マイリトルポニー" then huh? It is the exact wording, according to the logo.

Referring to your second link, it seems not to be a site dedicated to the anime but some other merchandises.

Your example is even lul. that is simply not okay because you only translated the "Mahou" part. I could also wrote it "マイリトルポニー Friendship is Magic" that way but its not even relevant to what it shows in the TV.
"Friendship is Magic" is a sub-title. The main brand name that was exist since a long time is "My Little Pony"

I only refer the "My Little Pony" for not being translated because its simply that catch the eye and its the brand main name. Its kinda same thing with "Love Live School Idol Project" where they dont translated "ラブライブ!" into english because it was simply its brand name. Its catch the eye

I think the source should be Japanese version "マイリトルポニー ~トモダチは魔法~". Because This song is from Japanese and The official website has both version English/Japanese. so it's better to use Japanese version on source.

Then, I could find "マイリトルポニー ~トモダチは魔法~" and "マイリトルポニー" on official websites.
