For the mp3, i'm getting 192-256kbps. As far as I can see, It isn't going over the limit so the mp3 should be fine.

Well, the program I use to change the mp3 shows the bitrate is that, so I guess is okk.

Why the hell I can't skip intro? I have played maps with merely 2-3 seconds of intro and i could skip it <_<

OD could be a bit higher. Errmm... i mean, approach rate? Probably at least +2...

After a test play, here's something that caught my attention: 03:57:890 (1,2) - Please, make it clear that (2)is the slider. This is very confusing for people who doesn't have snake thing effect (Well, even with it, it's still way too fast to notice that (2) is actually the slider). Anyways, i believe that this is kinda unrankable? I don't remember.

00:31:290 (5) - This could have been a little bit more symmetrical. Not that it matters a lot.

00:40:490 (7) - This circle sounds out of place, I would move it to 00:40:890 (7) -
00:50:090 (8) - This slider sounds out of place, I would delete it, and change a bit the pattern to adjust the deletion.
00:43:290 (12) - And this slider also sounds a bit odd... Maybe shorten it so it ends at 00:43:490?
These last three are just merely suggestions, because i believe that this way they follows better with the music. If you see the pattern I'm trying to make with these changes, apply them for the other parts as well...

00:44:090 (1) - See the white ticks? I also think that when they say "On" it sounds too dominant to just leave it to the sound of a tick. Meaning to leave the job for a hit circle (or custom hisounds may work too)

I can't see hitsounds on both difficulties.
You've got to add it.

Distance is changing during the map,so I can't really follow it.
Like this:
00:14:090 (3,4,1,2) - Distance changed,then it back up to normal,but then I can see this pattern: 00:19:490 (6,1,2,3,4) and I could fail cause the distance between 00:18:490 (5) and 00:19:490 (6) looks completely similar to 00:14:090 (3) - 00:15:290 (4).
I really wish you will fix the distance and follow the only chosen.
03:10:490 (1) - Yeah,it passes ranking criteria,but it's short for easy,anyway,maybe change to slider?

increase HP by 2 and +1 or 2 for AR and OD. The current AR doesn't fit the SV
00:12:890 (2) - make this symmetry to 00:12:490 (1)?
00:35:890 (2,4) - swap the position of these 2 it'll flow better imo. if you follow this, change all of the same pattern throughout the map. love this pattern ;)

Use combo re-ordering to get a darker colored combo start when there's that pale combo color after a spinner... the spinner flash plus the pale notes right after a spinner make it blindling to see the approach circle http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/34086 .
I also think the sliders on the pale combo color are kinda blinding during kiai, you may consider changing that color instead, seriously this slider is blinding: http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/34088

The jump only exceed distance snap for 5 grids, But Ok.

These notes are placed on 1/1 and the jumps are pretty intuitive and easy, I feel confortable with those jumps, So I'll take that as a personal opinion

Muchos de los jumps que involucran sliders son muy difíciles para mi, pero sin embargo fui capaz de pasar la dificultad, solo que con varios combobreak en estos saltos. La solida estructura de los patrones los hace legibles, asi que no hay un graaan problema... Reducir un poco los saltos es a voluntad propia.
