Let's sort mapper rankings by the # of ranked maps

I propose we sort mapper rankings by the # of ranked maps a mapper has.

That way I can call everyone with less ranked maps than me a noob and everyone with more ranked maps than me a whore, because I'm sure that will have a positive effect on the overall osu! environment.
