Not sure if this is the correct place to post this but i will anyway. Just wondering if osustore@ppy.sh is the correct email address for concerns regarding OSU! store purchases. I sent and email regarding an issue with my store order but have not received a reply (its been about 4 weeks).

Yes & if you bought the osu! keyboard don't even bother asking for a response
In your invoice for your purchase there should be a contact email if you have any questions.
