At least progress is being made, albeit slowly. Would be going faster if they did 4 groups per day, having each person from the helper staff host a game for those groups at the same time. They could probably get away with 8 groups a day if they did it like that, making the group stages only last two days.
But I digress. It's hard to manage times that work out for everybody participating. People have different schedules that can easily interfere with set times.
