Nice to hear that but well, my map has an overmap that was meant to improve the song's rhythm, the song somehow feels plain so I need to try to improve it. ;-;

If you feel it is an bad overmap, feel free to give a reason and I'll consider it.

  3. 00:39:750 (5) - It would look better if it was like this.

  5. 01:01:000 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Would it be better to make random jump spreads like 00:49:000 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - ?

Well, that should do fine because of the hitsounds there, if I did it like Ameth with a single slider, I cannot put a hitsound normally (unless by sliderticks) also the slider seems too fast if used for this section.

Undertale is pretty good (I haven't played it but ya know, it's soundtrack and what I can tell from the playthroughs, it's good .3.):

Those are some loud hitsounds
Check off widescreen support, you have no storyboard .3.
normal-hitsoundfinish2 doesn't fit the song imo, at least where you put it isn't really fitting
Mapping less than 80% is unrankable and requires you to edit it to make it shorter
Fix the spread, you can't really go from 4 stars to 6 stars

Just saying, having the easiest difficulty in the song over 2* is unrankable
You kinda realize that having a 1.1x SV might be a little too much for the easiest difficulty (ya know supposed to be played by easy players?), it may not be too much for certain songs, but this is 240 bpm so...
00:16:500 (2,3,1) - You shouldn't overlap for easy players (if you can even call this an easy diff), but yeah, it's confusing for them
00:22:000 (1) - This kinda feel inconsistent since for this rhythm you usually had it as a 1/1 slider and some notes n stuff, maybe make this a 1/2 slider and if you want the pause, just put a note at 00:22:500 -
00:32:000 - The beat after this part just feels empty, I feel like you should probably end up re-mapping since the SV is pretty high for the difficulty you're probably aiming for (inconsistent as it kinda just has pauses where music is going on and the pauses don't feel really like, justified, etc.)
00:38:500 (3,1) - Probably avoid overlap to make things look more clean
00:40:000 (1,2,3) - Confusing for easy players since they'll assume that the slider head will be right after the 2/1 slider, confusing also that there's a pause and it really doesn't look like there is right now
01:00:000 (6,3) - Overlap fix
01:02:000 (3,4) - ^

uhh I'm just gonna stop with that diff being modded, sorry. So basically, you'll want to tone down the lower diffs to be, well, suited for the audience you are trying to have. The slider velocities on the lower diffs are WAY too high to the really let the people you're aiming to play the diff, play the diff. For example on the Genocide difficulty, 00:38:500 (3,4,5,6) - is FAR too hard for hard players to play, keep in mind, most players CANNOT singletap 200 bpm until around 20k~ (and that's probably inconsistent too), so you really need to tone down the diffs to make them suitable. Take for example the map Meikaruza, it's 300 bpm but it doesn't map a lot of the red ticks in the hard simply because it's TOO hard for players to really do such high bpms. Anyways good luck with the map, I'm actually interested in this song, so I hope it gets ranked~

Actually the song (or OST if you want to called it) is not only used for Undertale, but also in Earthbound and Homestuck (although it have some significance difference), and because Toby Fox in Game Dev. was titled "Radiation" anyway, so it's not really matter IMO
