MBomb's Cup
- 00:00:129 (1,2,3,4) - Consider CTRL-G'ing this set and 00:02:408 (1,2,3,4) - this set of circles singularly. That way the movement in the 00:01:837 (4,1) - jump would be emphasized more since its using direction change emphasis as well. Dont forget to adjust 00:04:687 (1) - spacing so it isnt too much after the tweaks should you agree to apply this
- 00:06:977 (3) - Potentially you could CTRL-H (and adjust spacing a bit) this to spread this pattern on the playfield more. Right now it plays heavily on the right
- 00:37:886 (1,2,3) - You might as well use a 3/2 reverse like 00:38:925 (4) - . Structural consistency with 00:33:731 (1,2,3) - is key, but the playfield kinda limits this pattern from spreading out, and as a result 00:38:276 (2,3,4) - this gets really underwhelming spacing
Hyperion's Salad
- 00:01:838 (4,1) - I find this somewhat ambiguous, extra spacing could help make this dash stand out more
- 00:28:536 (4,1) - Optimal place for a dash, would also improve how dashes are spread out, since they were really sparse up until this point
Platter
- 00:02:265 (8,1) - For the added variation in this part this could work nicely as a HDash to better emphasize the piano
- 00:04:687 (1,1,1) - Potentially, you could spread these out more on a nice 1.00x DS to offer more movment in between objects
- 00:13:341 (2,3) - small 0.10x-0.15x DS spacing increase would work nicely here to make the dash stand out more, and also make it consistent spacing wise with 00:12:432 (3,1) - / 00:13:860 (4,1) -
- 00:28:276 (3,1) - In my eyes this section is pretty lacking in HDash action, as the strong snares are left unexploited. Can easily improve this by adding a HDash here which is think its pretty fitting
- 00:30:354 (3,1) - Similar point here
- 00:36:588 (3,1) - Also this note is just asking for an HDash in my ears
- 00:43:989 (1,2) - 00:44:378 (2,3) - these two, even if the former connects stronger sounds, the minimal distance of the latter causes for weird flow imo, it could be because both sliders are really vertical. Consider making 00:44:378 (2) - more slanted so it flows well from 00:43:989 (1) -
Rain
- 00:02:265 (8,1) - I feel like this should have more impact than 00:03:832 (3,4) - , but as things stand, the latter gets a higher spaced HDash by about 0.20x DS. I would recommend switching this around to make the stronger piano pitch 00:02:408 (1) - here stand out more
- 00:27:171 (4,5) - You could have the HDash transition here instead of 00:27:367 (7) - here. The snare is the same and the movement wont be as sudden and snappy
- 00:30:354 (3,1) - Strong vocal that could possibly warrant an HDash
- 00:46:976 (4,1) - I find this quite underwhelming as a movement in general
- 01:15:027 (4,1) - Also you could increase this spacing so its played like a dash instead
Lotus'Rain
- 00:01:268 (1,2,3,4) - Having these in such a spaced manner kinda defeats the point of connection every white tick with a dash, since this in its own cant be easily walked and has to be dashed inbetween. Making this similar to this 00:02:978 (1,2,3,4) - should be an easy fix
- 00:01:838 (1,1) - Similar point as the other rain, this HDash has less impact than this one 00:03:547 (1,2) - yet the former is based on a noticably stronger tick
- 00:09:835 (1,2,3,4,5) - Awfully linear patterning considering vocal and instrumental strength here. Consider a more dynamically spaced pattern with at least one dash to better reflect the song here
- 00:15:289 (4,1) - HDash intensity and harsh antiflow makes for a really easy drop here. Along with adjusting this should you agree you could connect these 00:15:419 (1,2) - with a light dash instead of grouping them together in terms of movement
- 00:26:912 (4,1) - This flows somewhat weirdly, having these connected by HDash instead would help with emphasis and also with catcher placement, as drops atm would be caused by overdashing this, but when a hyper is present and 00:26:977 (1,2,3,4) - is a curve, there wouldnt be such a problem
- 00:32:302 (1,2,3) - Since you completely switched around your rhythm here, you should probably mark this change from here 00:31:653 (3,4) - instead since the new sounds you are following begin to appear here. Heres the rhythm im recommending. Ticker starting on 00:31:653 - . Spacing is up to you
- 00:36:588 (3,4) - Rhythm feels wonky here in a sense that theres no dash/HDash required to get to 00:36:847 - since its on a sliderend. I believe this rhythm should be reworked to better accomondate this sound
- 00:54:119 (2,3) - Pretty underwhelming as a movement if you ask me. definitely deserves somthing more
Overdose
- 00:02:265 (8,1) - 00:03:831 (3,4) - : Similar point as the other 2 rains. Reversing the spacing so the former is more emphasized is the ideal choice imo
