[Archived] MY OSU DOESN'T START HELP !!!!

Hey Guys I don't know why but after i downloaded the new versin of osu the launcher stopped working I reinstalled osu but it's still not working HELP!!!!

What is exactly the problem? You start osu! and then it doesn't work, the updater stops working? Please, explain it a bit better...

I start the launcher but osu doesn't start the logo is on my screen thats it

I don't think the update caused the problem actually. Did you try to just restart your PC?

Anyways, if it still doesn't work, just in case, you could go to your installation folder, open the osu!.cfg archive, and change the line _ReleaseStream to Stable, instead of Stable40, save the archive and run osu!, though I don't think it will change anything, if it's being stuck in the initialization.

Go to wherever you have your osu! installation folder, open it, and then you will find an archive named "osu!.cfg" there.

My osu doesn't start after the latest update either. I'm on mac and it won't even go to the initialition process of starting osu! Not even the start logo is there.
