[resolved] Pending Maps show as ranked/Open up a different set online

Didnt find that exact problem in here yet, correct me if Im wrong. Can we also have longer titles pls?

So, whenever Im in the Edit tab, some Mapsets get mixed up and show that they are ranked, even though they're clearly Pending.

When trying to open the "ranked Mapsets Listing", it sends me to different other mapsets (kinda random) as if the beatmap ID was set to a different beatmap. Thing is, the Beatmap ID was never changed to anything. It's set to -1 or 0.

I really dont know what I did tho. I tried to redo all of that, didnt work. Then again, another time randomly worked and bleh.

Just in case, if you do a /np in the chat of that map, does osu! link the correct beatmap? Also, could you enable thumbnails (or use a skin which supports them) and see if there are some maps with wrong thumbnails? If this is the case, then I guess your beatmap database is screwed, and that's the cause of your issue.

/nping also sent the wrong data. I tried to send https://osu.ppy.sh/s/345519 to a friend but it linked https://osu.ppy.sh/s/332532 instead.






I didnt think about a db error yet, but also dont really know what couldve caused that (didnt do anything to it, but maybe the update did something stupid it shouldnt have done). Also dunno about the skin thing, it's kinda random in terms of when it happens and when it's not gonna show at all.

Then yes, seems like it's a problem from the database. Try to create a new one and see if the issues keep happening. Close osu!, move "osu!.db" out of the folder and open osu! again. It will create a new database once you go into the beatmap selection screen.

Made a new db and it seems to be fixed. There are some wrong preview images here and there, but at least they link to the correct set.
