I'd add a note at the very beginning (-4 ms), since right now you're starting the map in the middle of a measure and that makes it really hard to figure out the beat.

00:00:167 (1,2,3,4) - Is this supposed to be a square? It'd be cool if it was.
00:13:367 (9) - Ctrl+G for better circular flow.
00:18:853 (9) - See above.
00:23:482 (5) - Blanket 00:23:825 (6)?
00:26:225 (5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - I'd mirror this whole pattern so that the stack is on the right with increasing jumps to the left, since right now you're increasing size and then suddenly after 00:27:254 (11) the cursor barely moves at all to transition into 00:27:425 (1). If you mirrored this, the transition into the next slider would be a perfect extension of the back and forth motion that you're already doing.
00:32:653 (4,5,6,7) - This is a bit too exaggerated, iimo. Accelerating streams are cool, but this just looks odd.
00:36:510 (3,4,5) - I see the style you're trying to go for with the long sliders. It looks like you're already doing this, but I'll say it anyway - if you're going to map like this, make sure you silence (or quiet) ALL the slider ends, since there's nothing in the music at any of the sliderends to suggest a hitsound.
00:57:510 (14) - There's nothing in the music here. Delete this.
01:08:482 (14) - See above.
01:40:110 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1) - The way this looks while playing is sweet. Love it.
01:24:339 (1,2,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5) - I feel like this whole section up to the bass drop could benefit from a lowered SV, since the song is much calmer in this part than during the rest of the song.
01:41:482 (1) - If you're going to use this hitsound, please please silence the slider ends.
01:36:681 - Music naturally works in groups of fours (at least in this genre). Have something clickable here so there are four slider hitsounds before moving to clickable objects instead of five, which is awkward and tripped me up several times.
01:37:710 (7,8) - Why are these suddenly so close together after the increasingly large jumps? Move 01:37:882 (8) to 460,108 or so.
01:49:025 (9,10,11,12) - Same thing that I said about 00:26:225, mirror these so that you don't have a sudden tiny movement after a bunch of big jumps.
02:33:254 (9) - Ctrl+G for flow. Is this a copy/paste section?

notice how from 01:20:965 - there is some kinda background sound that gets louder and louder ? maybe add a spinner to 01:24:051 -

i dont like how the sliders overlap like here 01:44:279 - or 01:45:608 - just move them a little bit so they are right next to each other but dont let them overlap (just my thoughts tho other ppl may like it) see also 01:55:551 - this looks ugly for me ^^ just try my tip and then you can decide what u like best

Hi, saw this floating around in #modhelp and was bored, so enjoy the mod

General:
-Maybe change the diff name to something more interesting than 'Marathon' :P
-Change the OD to 8,5
-Most of the sliders should be bent a little more, or just made straight, it seems a little useless
-Some mistakes are repetitive, try to see what I pointed out and correct that troughout the song

00:09:651 (9) - NC (because the jumps get harder and hitsounding begins)
00:26:279 (5) - NC to suggest the beginning for the jump pattern
00:32:279 (14,1) - Maybe make the jump bigger
00:50:451 (3,5) - This overlapping >.<

01:07:936 (9) - ^
01:18:222 (1) - Instead of this, make it change every white tick to follow the music better

02:43:422 (5) - This shape looks terrible again! Looks like a 2009 slider haha fixed
