Just rip from Youtube
Or dl via iTunes. Costs money though

You can use this as your last resort but using google will usually give you a better mp3 within a reasonable amount of time, especially for anime- and touhousongs and stuff.

It's obviously even better if you can find something cut at 18k or even 20k.
If you tell me the artist and song name I can most likely find a 320 kbps mp3 for you and make it into 192 - nothing lossless though (I get my mp3s through NetEase's streaming service, they have almost everything in 320 kbps).
