That's the exactly the same bug(?) that happened with fuyuyu- before and this is how I fixed it.

Difficulties:
Easy:

00:51:298 (3) - I would use a slider here and make it end at 00:51:639 to follow the singer's voice while staying in rhythm.
01:21:298 (2) - I would end this slider at 01:21:980 to follow the singer's voice.
01:30:843 (1) - ^ at 01:31:525 to ^.

Normal:

00:54:877 (5) - I would use a slider here and make it end at 00:55:048 to have the same rhythm with 00:53:002 (2,3,4)

Tags are inconsistent, there is some problem at Nathan's Insane
SB have some warnings, but seems you didn't updated it, so iI'll avoid looking at it

Gaia:

00:14:820 (3,4,5) - I feel the pattern not nice looking, I'm sure you can do something alot better.
00:15:843 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - similar above, the aesthetics of this patterns are so bad at looking that they don't looks planned and a bit random, I guess its easy to improve the aesthetics here
00:16:781 (7) - there is nothing in the music, following the song its alot better.
00:26:752 (1,2,3,4) - what, this so hard to read, use properly spacing please or make the antijumps 00:26:923 (2,3,4) - easier to notice
Spacing it's super overdone even at slow parts, personally I wouldn't agree with this, because I believe the jump spam and high spacing dont fit the song, but then again this is just my opinion

00:31:014 (2) - can you make that part of the slider less compressed, can be a bit confused to notice the way that the slider will follow and also is hard to guess the speed that the loop will have.

I like that. However I do know why people suggest AR8, as it feels alien to people who have not played ar7 with a unusual slider velocity. I'd rename this to Hyper Actually we had some complications in the past; I called it Hard+ as it was the 2nd hard in the set, but I changed into hard as per another modders suggestion. If I call it hyper, it does not fit well in terms of the difficulty naming scheme. Hard will suffice

I assume you are saying is: Screw ranking criteria, Nathan and Electoz has a choice on whether to delete easy or insane.

What was wrong with the difficulties in terms of not satisfying the ranking criteria?
- If it was in terms of how many difficulties: Electoz has 2 so you can have 2.

And both difficulties looked fine to me.

- 00:14:650 - For what reason you put here greenline with the same sound and custom hs ? It's useless tho, better to delete that!
- 00:18:570 (4,5) - Maybe just me, but flow is actually weird to Easy players (what i mean) You can easily make it "easier" lol, just moving that reverse arrow to down a bit.
- 00:20:275 (2,3,4) - 00:21:980 (5) - Hmm.. just minor, but it's cool idea i think. (2,3,4) where is Normal sampleset, add also Soft additional and clap, like you did that with (5) Sounds cool for me!
- 00:49:934 (1,2) - That claps sounds very noisy dude.. Whistles are great idea to follow these beats.
- 01:09:707 (3,4) - Spacing is inconsistent a little or i'm blind ;w;

Hard *

- AR 6,5 is better decision than 7, because it'll be have consistency with diffs { 3,5 | 5 | 6,5 }
- Yo delete that greenline, it's useless and might be unrankable.
- Some shapes can be improved for better and funnier plays for ppl. Examples: { 00:15:673 (4) - 00:33:570 (1) - 01:39:536 (3) - }
- 00:47:548 (1) - Whistle instead of Clap sounds nicer tho.

Nathan's Insane *

- 00:19:423 (3) - It's sad to miss a triple sound using a 1/1 slider tho.. where's emphasis beats? Even if you don't want to triple circles, just put circle here 00:19:849 - cause of drums.
- 00:21:809 (4,5,6) - Make constant spacing with (5) and (6). It plays really weird when these are with random spacing dude.
- 00:25:048 (4,2) - Ahh nazi stack.
- 00:43:627 (3,4) - Ouch, that transision looks horrible, because of that
- 01:06:212 (5) - I don't hear any sounds on that circle, prefer to delete it!
- 01:12:519 (3,2,4) - ^ also

Ok. that's all. Rest diffs seems okayish for me. Good luck with that !

Even if that rule applies from now on, this mapset would be pardoned as this was submitted way before the rule was proposed.

Hey from my queue, although seeing how far along this set already is I'm not going to do this as a normal mod, I'm just going to graze over every diff and make a couple points for each that I see.

FYY'S EASY

00:23:684 - (2,3) Not sure if intentional, but these two are not lined up with each other.

NORMAL

No issues with this diff.

HARD

00:38:684 - (7,8,1) Can't say I agree with the decision to stack this 1/2 part since earlier in the map you used the exact same pattern as a 1/4 triplet, even for hard, I think this is something you shouldn't add in considering the lower difficulty of this diff in particular.

MATHEW'S HARD

I know we talked about this earlier, but the issue with the notes prior to the first timing point is there, Even if it's not causing huge problems here, it should be avoided if you want to rank this, I'd recommend just having everyone in the set to change the overall timing to offset 1964.

Otherwise, we've already discussed this difficulty in fair depth, so just keep in mind anything I've said before.

NATHAN'S INSANE

00:03:824 - (1) So, while shaping every other slider you choose to just leave this one as a straight line?

00:49:082 - (3) You might run into issues with this slider since I could make an argument that it's not immediately obvious which direction the slider goes in (for example, some players could miss the downward point and assume the slider goes straight up).
