  4. 00:19:109 (6) - I think it's a bit awkward to move to 00:19:392 (1) slider with this pattern, try moving this circle to 388|308 or thereabout and see if that feels better to you as it does for me
  5. 00:24:769 (6) - The same can be said for this, 432|41.
  6. 00:28:448 (1,2) - Unstack these and maybe make a triangle or something, because the note pitch on (2) is higher than on (1) and it's kind of building up so you can keep the cursor moving.   1. 00:18:260 (1,1) - isn't you forgot to put whistle on the tail ? Fyi, the other diffs did that.

Hard

  1. 00:09:203 (1,2,3) - I highly recommend to reduce the spacing for 1/4 notes like this. It's still looks too much even for Hard diff for suddenly increase the spacing for 1/4 notes. Someone teach me "it's better to reduce the spacing for streams rather than increase it in Hard diff" :3 . 1.0x looks good here. (and applied for 00:11:467 (1,2,3) - , 00:27:316 (1,2,3) - )
  2. 00:16:562 (2,3) - I don't really sure if put a 3/4 note is good here. First, it's kinda hard to read. Second, the long instrument in the song looks deserve a slider. So I suggest to change 00:16:562 (2,3) - into a 3/4 slider.
  3. 00:26:184 (4,5) - minor but fix stacking. sometimes osu give you a fake stack XD.

Insane

  1. 00:11:609 - I think it's not a good idea to ignore instrument here since you didn't ignore it on 00:27:316 (1,2,3) - . suggest to change 00:11:467 (1,2) - into 00:27:316 (1,2) - 's pattern.

Could I ask why you've used such a weird spacing for the whole diff? They overlapping is so small that it's noticable, yet can't be really count as overlapping. It's a personal suggestion, but we think that the map could really benefit of a slightly higher spacing.
