Sorry for the late mod. I've been extremely busy lately. Also, first mod without a colour legend.

Remember that these are suggestions and feel free to ignore any of them.

General:
There's an empty .osb file in the folder. Remove it, then full submit.
You don't need both "Frionel_Mateus" and "Frionel Mateus" in tags, remove the first one ?
I think that the hitsounds are too low. I could hardly hear them when playing, and it might make it harder for some people to time their hits correctly.

Normal:
00:09:464 (1,2,3) - For the very beginning of a Normal map, three stacked notes seems to be too hard, because this Normal is the easiest diff in the mapset, and new players aren't always capable of telling the rythm only based on the approach circle speed. I suggest you spread them (for example, moving (2) 8 lvl3 grids down and (1) 16 lvl3 grids down).
00:22:575 - this part feels blank - make it a break ?
01:28:131 (3,4,5) - (3), (4) and (5) aren't spaced evenly, it looks weird the way it is.
01:42:575 (1) - I think this spinner doesn't fit the song here.

Hard:
00:09:464 (1,2,3) - I'm being very picky about that, but they aren't spaced evenly - it's just a nazi thing though. For consistency, you should make (1) farther from (2).
00:22:575 - this part feels blank - make it a break ?
01:24:797 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - I like this pattern a lot

Legend:
This difficulty doesn't have any tag.
I think the streams are too widely spaced - it becomes frustrating in the end.
00:20:797 (1) - This note is too far from the center of the screen too soon after the spinner - hitting it correctly is too hard.
01:18:242 (4,5,6,7) - Sharp angles like these in streams are hard too play - try making a nicer curve with these 4 notes.
01:20:464 (8) - I'm being very picky again, but it is slightly too far from the previous note - and it's a stream, so it makes things way harder for nothing.
01:22:131 (6) - ^

01:29:464 (6,7,8) - This is really hard to play, consider reducing the spacing, or stacking them
